Northern Cottage
The „Elstohl“ Cottage is located in Northern Germany, near to the Baltic Sea with a view over the nature reserve „Geltinger Birk“ with its wild horses.
The 125 sqm thatched cottage from the middle of the 19th century was the home of the local teacher in the old times.
Johanna and her husband have refurbished the house with attention to the details, preserved old structures or rebuilded them with historic materials.
Real wooden floors, Danish wooden windows, antiques and art combined with modern technology provide the special charm of the house.
From the terrace one has a fantastic view over the fields and meadows to the nearby Baltic Sea.
It is rented out to Guests, who love to live close to nature, but also do not want to do this without modern conveniences.
