Barn Living
Anna lives with her husband Jan and their 8-month-old son Mattie in a small village between Hamburg and Hanover.
Here in Anna's hometown, the two bought a barn from 1850 in a few years ago.
The old building had already been partially renovated by the previous owners, but they preferred to renovate a church in Toscany/Italy.
So Anna and Jan took over the former stables and turned them into their stunning home.
They still had to completely renovate the attic with a lot of their own work, which was no problem for the two creative and skilled craftsmen.
In January 2019, the two were finally able to move in.
They found the furnishings mainly in homestores and at flea markets and in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Anna's preferred style can be described as "Scandic Rustic".
