Northern Lights
Moritz and Inga lived in Kiel for a long time and decided three years ago that their two children should grow up carefree in the country.
The first idea was to buy a house on a Danish island, but then it would have been too far for Moritz, who still has to travel to Kiel from time to time for work.
So they finally found a remaining farmhouse in need of renovation in the Lüneburg Heath, near Hamburg.
The young family bought the rather large farmhouse right after the first inspection.
Wanting their friends over on weekends -resting from a busy citylife- they had to make sure, that there were enough bedrooms.
The two of them then immediately set to work on the renovation, which they largely did themselves.
Design and creativity were not to be neglected and Inga was able to live out her love for Scandinavian colours, design and designer lamps.
Moritz and Inga's passion for natural tones and materials, such as clay, wood and chalk colours, is reflected throughout the house.
They still have many plans for the garden and the house.
There is still enough space for further creative ideas  for exa. in the former stable which is part of the house.
