The Chair Collectors Summer House
Within a year these two creative people have been renovating a summer house on the banks of the Schlei-Fjord in northern Germany.
Both have a passion for scandinavian design.
Inken and Thomas bought this old Finnish log house, started painting it black and white to give it a monochrom style.
They furnished it only with selected pieces, added lamps, accessories and art work, which they have been collecting during many trips to Denmark and Sweden.
Their collection of midcentury designers chairs  is particularly noticable as each one is a classic.
Inken worked for a long time as a tea tester in London, but now runs a tea trade in Hamburg, Thomas is a successful lighting designer and develops lighting concepts
from the residential building to the cruise ship.
They created a retreat for themselves and friends, where one can get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city to recover and gather strength for new ideas.
