Living in a Watermill
Although Anna-Lena and Jan were actually looking for a farm in the country,
they were immediately convinced to change their mind once they looked at this former water mill near Stade in Northern Germany.
Today they live in this 160qm house with their two children Pepe and Mimi as well as their dog Bella and their two cats Lotta and Carlos.
Behind the house the mill stream is still tiling into a small lake underneath the new wooden deck.
It provides a relaxing murmur while you listen.
There is also a conservatory and a large veranda, always with a view into the garden that is perfekt for
the children with it's play corners, sandboxes and strawberry beds.
Many of the pieces of furniture are unique pieces.
Custom made by the owners is a daybed created from two antique beds, shelves, tables and many more.
A house where the creative ideas never run out.
