In 2021, a young family discovered an old Farmhouse in need of renovation near Hamburg, Germany.
Although everyone thought that it was a far too big project, but they bought it immediately after the first viewing.
They wanted their children to grow up in the countryside, but they did not want to forego design and creativity.
They immediately set to work on the renovation, which they did largely on their own.
Together with an architect they constantly compared what had been done so far with their creative ideas.
Inga has a soft spot for DIY and is also professionally active in design.
Her love for Scandinavian design and designer lamps can be seen in the entire lighting concept.
With a lot of passion and creativity and their love for natural tones and natural materials, such as clay,
wood and chalk colours, she and her husband have created a calm and warm home for themselves and their two children.
They have already renovated the lower part of the large house and are now designing the upper floor.
At Christmastime, when everything is festively decorated, Inga creates Christmas still lifes and
a smell of freshly baked biscuits welcome guests, the spacious farmhouse becomes really cosy,
