The Painters Coastal House
Featuring:
The home of Caroline Yates, a talented painter who is shown by three different galleries in London, her husband Graham and their twin sons, Lucian and Milo.
The home:
Timber-clad family home from 1969 by the Kentish Coast / UK.
Built once as a boxy house, Caroline and Graham have transformed it into a dream of coastal living in New England Style.
The style:
New England Style. Laid back. Simple and creative. Harmonious and neutral colours in grey, white,

cream, shades of blues mixed with quirky vintage pieces from flea markets.
Different fabrics, open bright rooms with shutters in the windows, wooden floors and seagrass carpets, modern dark grey cabinets in the kitchen, painted with farrow and ball.
The extension houses an artist´s studio, a conservatory for the twins and a therapy room for Graham, who works as an ostheopath at home.
The whole house is created like one of Carolines paintings.
